I have a 89 jeep wrangler 258 6 cylinder with a fuel delivery problem. I replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, and lines. It seems that the bypass on the fuel filter creats a vacumm and stops gas from going to the carb. If i pore gas into the card it starts and runs till that gas is used. Any thoughts or ideas would get ths 89 back on the road.

Grounds and voltage to the ECM is good. New coil and timing set at 8 BTDC Vacuum lines are all new and confirmed correctly hooked up. When I installed the used kit I used new O2, Coolant sensor, and fuel filter.
